It's always at this time of year when people reflect and think about New Year's resolutions.They think about the year to come and all the things that they would like to accomplish.
In Bridges, we're not any different. We would like to start the year out right and focus on our goals for the year. As you know, each client has an IP (Individual Plan) that is created at an annual staffing. However, we would like to ask that we have an additional staffing this January. (This additional staffing will help in getting all the i's dotted, and t's crossed for our files in preparation of funding changes as well.)
A note is being sent home today asking for your availability this January.
Please note: We will not have a staffing for group home or residential clients.
